Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using any services provided by AbjadHost, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services.

1. Services

AbjadHost provides shared hosting, WordPress hosting, domain registration, email hosting, SSL certificates, and other related services.

AbjadHost reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any service or part of a service at any time.

2. Account Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

  • All activities conducted under their account.

  • Maintaining independent backups of their data.

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Payments and Billing

  • All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension or termination.

  • AbjadHost reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or government charges.

  • Services will not renew automatically unless auto-renewal has been enabled by the customer.

4. Domain Registration

  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are subject to the policies of the applicable registry and registrar.

  • AbjadHost does not guarantee the availability of any domain name until registration has been successfully completed.

  • Customers are responsible for the accuracy of domain registration information.

  • Certain domain registrations and renewals may be non-refundable.

5. Prohibited Content and Acceptable Use

Customers must use AbjadHost services in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner.

The use of AbjadHost services to host, publish, distribute, promote, or facilitate any content or activity involving the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Violations of applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.

  • Hate speech, racism, discrimination, harassment, or intolerance toward any individual or group.

  • Promotion, encouragement, or support of violence, terrorism, criminal activities, or unlawful conduct.

  • Violations of human rights or advocacy of persecution, oppression, or deprivation of fundamental rights.

  • Content that violates the rights, dignity, safety, or well-being of women or children.

  • Child exploitation, abuse, trafficking, or any material harmful to minors.

  • Animal abuse, cruelty, exploitation, or promotion of harm toward animals.

  • Insults, attacks, or deliberate incitement of hostility against religions, religious symbols, beliefs, or faith communities.

  • Content intended to provoke religious, sectarian, ethnic, or cultural conflicts.

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise unlawful adult content.

  • Malware, viruses, phishing, hacking tools, fraud, cybercrime activities, or malicious software distribution.

  • Copyright infringement, trademark violations, intellectual property violations, or unauthorized use of protected content.

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or abusive email practices.

  • False, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading activities intended to harm individuals, organizations, or the public.

  • Any activity that may negatively affect the stability, security, integrity, or operation of AbjadHost services or infrastructure.

AbjadHost reserves the right to investigate reported content or activities suspected of violating these Terms.

AbjadHost further reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate any service, website, account, or content that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

The customer bears full legal responsibility for all content, data, and activities associated with their account and agrees to indemnify and hold AbjadHost harmless against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal actions arising from violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Suspension and Termination

AbjadHost reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that:

  • Violates these Terms of Service.

  • Abuses system resources affecting other customers.

  • Engages in unlawful or harmful activities.

  • Threatens the security or stability of our infrastructure.

  • Fails to pay outstanding invoices.

In serious cases, services may be terminated immediately without prior notice.

7. Backups

While AbjadHost may provide backup services, customers remain solely responsible for maintaining independent and current backups of their data.

AbjadHost shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from user actions, software failures, hardware failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

AbjadHost shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss or corruption.

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities.

  • Business interruption.

  • Service outages beyond our reasonable control.

  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

Under no circumstances shall AbjadHost’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the most recent billing period.

9. Service Availability

AbjadHost strives to provide reliable and stable services with maximum possible uptime.

However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, network failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.

10. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AbjadHost, its employees, partners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, or legal costs arising from:

  • Their use of our services.

  • Violations of these Terms.

  • Violations of applicable laws or regulations.

  • Infringement of third-party rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

AbjadHost may modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued use of the services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
